Eng. Rasha Bzour

Eng. Rasha Bzour is the Quality Assurance Unit manager at PRC-ZU, she is a Chemical Engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and research sectors. 

Eng. Rasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and specializes in GMP implementation, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and laboratory quality management systems.
She has held key positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including QC Manager at a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing company and Laboratory Manager/Quality Manager Deputy in a pharmaceutical research and development laboratory performing chemical, analytical, physical, and microbiological testing. Under her supervision, the laboratory achieved ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and was officially recognized as a Reference Laboratory by the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA).
In her current role as Quality Assurance Manager at PRC-ZU, Eng. Bzour oversees the establishment and continual improvement of the center’s quality systems accredited and recognized under:
ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for preclinical studies
Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP)
JFDA Reference Laboratory Approval
Eng. Rasha Bzour is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA) and an Internationally Certified Trainer, dedicated to promoting regulatory compliance, data integrity, and a culture of continuous improvement in pharmaceutical and research laboratories.
